Moshe Winograd, PhD

Moshe Winograd, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist specializing in couples counseling, reproductive mental health, serious mental illness and substance abuse. His research focuses on posttraumatic growth in women after experiencing a pregnancy loss. His clinical work allowed him to develop a unique approach for working with individuals and their families when faced with serious mental illness and substance abuse designed to lead to longer term success. Dr. Winograd received his doctoral degree from Seton Hall University in Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in multicultural family counseling and has Rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva University, RIETS. He served as an adjunct professor at both undergraduate and graduate levels at CUNY Brooklyn College, Touro University, New York University, and Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Winograd is passionate about helping the Jewish community through psychological research, trends and best practices. He founded the Association for Orthodox Jewish Psychologists (AOJP) in 2013, the first mental health organization focused on Orthodox Jewish psychologists and doctoral students. Dr. Winograd lives in Boca Raton, FL with his wife and children.
